Agent Administrative Assistant

Assist Agent(s) with duties required: marketing materials, data entry & management of client database, file preparation and organization, entry of new listings, booking of deals done, invoicing & collections, document preparation, tour & appointment scheduling, any other miscellaneous task agent needs done.

Applicant should be familiar with Microsoft Office, have strong multi-tasking skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to prioritize assignments given to them.

Real estate license preferred but not required.  Full or Part time / Starts @ $12/per hour

Lead Generation Specialist

Purpose of Position
This part-time position is responsible for generating solid leads through phone prospecting for outside sales team.  Candidate will work from an established contact database and is expected to conduct a high volume of daily calls to qualified commercial property tenants. 

Key Responsibilities
• Originate new business sales opportunities through lead prospecting activities including contact
  discovery, cold calling and lead qualification activities
• Develop sales opportunities from marketing-generated leads through lead management and
  qualification activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members in order to facilitate effective
  communication and collaboration to support the company’s business and growth objectives
• Understand and participate in the sales and lead management processes
• Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of IWS products and technologies, competitive products and
  industry trends
• Contribute to data quality efforts by creating, cleansing and maintaining accurate customer data
• Accountable for meeting assigned personal and team goals & objectives; continual review of key
  performance metrics with management to identify ways to increase results
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications
• Strong sales prospecting, phone and communication skills mandatory
• Ability to react positively and effectively in a high pressure environment; accountability for
  performance goals & objectives
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work well individually and within a team atmosphere
• Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
• Interest in commercial real estate industry preferred

Education and Experience
• Experience in cold calling environment preferred
• Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Suite, Internet navigation
• Some college preferred
