Andy Wheeler specializes in the industrial market, focusing on distribution, industrial flex and industrial land. He works both leasing and sales transactions across the Mountain West.

Background & Experience
Andy’s experience in accounting, finance, business sales and commercial real estate is an invaluable advantage for his clients. Andy received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Alma College in Alma Michigan. He worked for five years as the Controller and Benefit Manager for Greenville Tool & Die Company in Greenville, Michigan. While there he tracked a sizeable portfolio of investments to maximize short-term investments for an individual, a corporation, and three private foundations. In addition, he performed full system electronic accounting through financial statements.
With a strong background in business administration, marketing and financial experience, Andy started a sales agency, Penumbra, in Grand Haven, Michigan, where he represented several small companies in a sales role and helped to create new business identities and to increase his clients’ recognition. He started his Commercial Real Estate career in Syracuse, New York at NAI Pyramid Brokerage Company, where he worked in the Industrial and Office markets. He relocated to Utah in 2005.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
Andy holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. Recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
