Scope of Service Experience
Bryce’s performance on a wide variety of transactions, coupled with his knowledge and love of investment real estate, have led to a dynamic career at NAI WEST Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (NAI WEST). Bryce joined NAI WEST in 1999 as an investment specialist. He focuses on evaluating, managing, and closing investment real estate transactions. Additionally, he is a principal of the firm and serves as one of the five managing partners.
Whether marketing listings or representing buyers, Bryce serves his clients by taking ownership of the transaction process. His analytical skills combined with local market knowledge and an understanding of capital markets provides critical value to clients. In addition to serving as the investment specialist on Utah's most productive brokerage team, he co-founded the STaR Investments platform (focusing on single-tenant sales), and is a Principal at NAI WEST. Bryce has brokered over $765 million in more than 135 real estate investment transactions.
Excellence has been Bryce’s standard in any activity he focused on. He has been student body president, valedictorian, basketball state champion and an award-winning collegiate athlete and forensic debater. In 2003 and 2004 he was a trainer at NAI’s Corporate Real Estate Services Training (CREST), a week-long internationally attended program. Bryce has been published in The Enterprise and Western Business Real Estate as an investment columnist. In 2008, he was selected to be the investment specialist speaker for the NAIOP/CCIM Utah Commercial Real Estate Symposium. Bryce also spent two years of his life volunteering in New Zealand. He is married and has four children.
Education
Bryce attended graduate school at Brigham Young University, where he earned a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Previously, he graduated with honors from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
