DownloadBrandon Rawlins began his commercial real estate career in 2002 with Smoot Commercial Brokers, where he acted as their principal broker. Brandon joined NAI WEST in early 2011 where his value of strong work ethic and expertise in the game of real estate have caught the eye of many clients.
Brandon’s incredible knowledge of the Davis and Weber county markets has proven to be a success for him. He excels in identifying the right building with the right Tenant and or matching the right Buyer with the right Seller. He has represented over 200 clients in his career.
Education
In 2007 he graduated from The University of Phoenix with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. Brandon highly values education and believes that each day we should be striving to gain a higher understanding of our careers. Brandon received his broker’s license in 2006 and is currently working on his CCIM designation.

Brandon’s more notable transactions include the Tenant representation for the State of Utah division of Child Care and Licensing in Davis County in 2007, the Tenant representation for Shipley Associates in 2008, the Tenant representation for the State of Utah division of the Utah schools for the deaf and blind 2008 and the representation for the corporate offices of Aflac Insurance in 2010.
