Scope of Service Experience

Brandon is a member of the Land and Investment Services Division of NAI WEST and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both development and investment properties. As a partner of the Land Team at NAI WEST with Rick Davidson, his specialty is on land acquisitions and dispositions, Brandon represents clients all across the board from real estate trust accounts to corporate clients and developers. Brandon’s focus is in the Southwest area of Salt Lake County, Northern Utah County and surrounding areas with extensive market knowledge on a local, regional and national level.

 

Background & Experience
Brandon started his real estate career in 2003 as a market analyst. His role was to track and forecast pricing and vacancy trends in the Utah commercial real estate market. Brandon’s data, research and technical skills are second to none, and gives him an exceptional advantage in servicing his clients. In January of 2007, Brandon partnered with Rick Davidson creating the Land Team in order to provide corporate users, developers and investors the best combination of experience and market intelligence for the acquisition and disposition of land assets in the Wasatch Front.
