Scope of Service Experience With an extensive background in Residential Property Management beginning in 1988, Greg has provided his clients with valuable insight into the opportunities of enhancing value in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets. Greg’s experience and knowledge of investment properties combined with a personal ethic of client loyalty and service position him as an ideal choice for investment opportunists. His positive, pro-active approach to his work has resulted in a loyal client base. A 1979 Graduate from the University of Michigan, Greg has worked as a Portfolio Manager for national property management firms such as J.B. McLoughlin/ConAM, The Allied Group, Prowswood/BFG. He has managed a total of 170 plus multifamily residential communities. Since entering into the Commercial Brokerage Field in 1996 with Marcus & Millichap REIBC in Seattle, Greg has worked on project feasibility, renovation, construction management and brokerage projects. His Client base ranges from Partnerships, Pension Fund Advisors, Lenders/Loan Servicers, TIC's, and Private Investors. Greg was recently engaged to consult with a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) appointed Receiver for analysis and disposition of a portfolio of 12 multifamily properties in Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to the above mentioned Litigation and Receivership Support, Greg’s experience with Receivership Properties is as follows: • Greg serves as the NAI WEST liaison for Colony Capital with their Mountain West Region commercial property portfolio. • Greg previously managed a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Greater Seattle/Tacoma Area owned by the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). His directive was to position the properties for immediate disposition. • Greg was appointed by First Interstate Bank as Receiver of a 247-unit multifamily community in foreclosure located in Renton Washington. Greg secured the asset, improved property performance from both fiscal and physical standpoints and positioned the property for immediate disposition. • Puget Sound Bank appointed Greg as Receiver of a 128-unit multifamily community located in Lakewood Washington as part of the bank’s REO portfolio.
