Jeff Heaton, Vice President of Industrial Properties, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of Industrial Properties across the Wasatch front. Jeff joined NAI in 2000 as a market researcher and cold caller and was responsible for project initiation for NAI’s top producing team.
Over the last ten years Jeff has honed his skills and completed over 400 transactions totaling over $250 Million dollars. As a member of the markets best Industrial Real Estate group Jeff’s focus as a transaction oriented broker has given him the greatest understanding of not only deal flow but a superior understanding of market data and knowledge that is effectively communicated to his clients which allow them, in turn, to make the best decision for their business.
As both a tenant and landlord representative Jeff understands the process and many players and moving parts of a transaction. “Time is money. Businesses need to make quick decisions to move not just with the market, but to lead it. To do so, they need concise and correct information. My goal is to provide this information and consult my clients to act accordingly”
With a focus on owner/user decision making Jeff has added tremendous value to his clients from land acquisitions, financial analysis, strategic value implementation and competitive construction bidding saving clients time and money.
