Scope of Service Experience

Mike Falk’s extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate has resulted in countless business transactions.  Widely recognized national companies, as well as prominent local businesses, have relied on Mike to accomplish their real estate goals.

 

With a business philosophy centered on action, his hard work has led to the involvement of billions of dollars in property transactions, including facilities sold and/or leads, investment sales and industrial land.  His extensive marketplace knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and devotion to integrity and trust have allowed Mike to excel as the best in the real estate industry and gain the respect of his colleagues and clientele. 

 

Mike is an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), where he serves as Treasurer of his Forum 6 group.  He also serves on the regional board of U.S. Bank in an advisory position.  As a certified member of the CCIM and SIOR organizations; the two most comprehensive commercial real estate designations in the industry, Mike is committed to professionally developing business opportunities in Utah.

 

Upon graduating from the University of Utah, Mike began a standout career as the Coldwell Banker (now CB Richard Ellis) “Commercial Rookie of the Year.”  Mike was awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors “Commercial Salesman of the Year” in 1994 and remained the top producing agent at Colliers CRG (now Cushman Commerce CRG), before co-founding NAI WEST Commercial Real Estate in 1998.  

 

Since 1998, Mike and his team have grown NAI WEST from it’s infancy to a mature, full service commercial real estate company that competes amongst the best in the industry.  With 7 satellite offices located throughout Utah and a team of services at his fingertips (Advanced System Tracking for Real Estate Operations -ASTRO, GIS Mapping, IT Solutions) Mike is able to provide comprehensive service to his clients.  In addition, Mike’s vision has led to the development of several horizontal and vertical service companies including NAI WEST Property Management and NAI WEST Corporate Services.  The establishment of these related entities allows NAI WEST to not only sell their client’s real estate but service their needs long after the transaction has been completed.  Integrity, Trust, Service and a Hard Work Ethic are characteristics that illustrate Mike Falk’s career and relationship with his clients.

 

As President and Principal of NAI WEST Commercial Real Estate, Mike is dedicated to “creating and preserving real estate values”.
