Prior to joining NAI CRES Mergers and Acquisitions as an M&A Advisor, Mr. Olsen’s primary experience was in construction, fabrication and detailing. Serving as both a project manager and a partner, Mr. Olsen has developed and eye for detail and long-term vision. Most recently, Mr. Olsen worked as a project manager at Axis Steel Detailing, where his extremely detailed and accurate job estimates resulted in 20 percent more job awards for the company and improved efficiency by 30 percent. Prior to his time at Axis, Mr. Olsen was a partner at Gilbert and Associates. In this capacity, Mr. Olsen directed the course of the business for ten years, during which time he increased company efficiency by 25 percent.
As an M&A Advisor, Mr. Olsen uses his time as a business owner and manager to help his customers maximize the value they receive from their transactions. Mr. Olsen has provided M&A services to firms on both the East and West Coasts in industries including: Trucking, automotive maintenance, technology, advertising and retail.
