Scope of Service Experience
Ray Unrath’s extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate has resulted in countless business transactions. Widely recognized national companies, as well as prominent local businesses have relied on Ray to accomplish their real estate goals. After graduating from the University of Utah Ray began his career with Commerce Properties where he spearheaded and completed the first comprehensive Industrial Properties inventorying of the Salt Lake market. Ray took the position of V.P. of Leasing of Triad Center (a prominent CBD 600,000 sq.ft. mixed use project) in 1985. Upon the sale of Triad Center Ray resumed his brokerage career with Wallace Associates where he was the top producer of the company and/or the Office Division every year until moving to CRG, the then #1 Commercial Brokerage in Utah in 1994. Ray consistently was a top producer at CRG. Ray was awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors “Commercial Salesperson of the Year” Award in 1998. In December 2009 Ray elected to join NAI WEST, currently the #1 commercial brokerage in Utah, in the capacity of Associate Broker/Office specialist/Business Coach.
