Scott Mangum has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1991, specializing in office, retail, and investment properties. Before joining Coldwell Banker, Scott was President, Owner, and Principal Broker of a Salt Lake City based real estate and property management company, where he was instrumental in acquiring, financing, developing, managing, leasing, and disposing of commercial properties. Scott’s extensive experience representing landlords and tenants and his attention to detail have enabled him to better represent his clients in successfully negotiating and consummating real estate transactions. Scott was awarded his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2006 and was awarded the SIOR designation in 2008.
