DownloadTodd Taft has over twenty five years of experience as a commercial property engineer in the Salt Lake City area. Todd has operated all forms of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties. Todd has extensive experience in building construction, operations, maintenance, building automation systems, preventive maintenance, project management, tenant improvements, and the development and implementation of building systems and building management programs.
Todd’s current duties include coaching a Facility Services and Maintenance staff of 12. He is responsible for the departments budgeting and finances, personnel management, training, and technology. Todd also works with Property Management in developing business relationships and providing new business opportunities.
Before joining NAI WEST, Todd studied Automated Systems Technology at Salt Lake Community College. He then began his career in Facilities Engineering. Some of his projects include the CarrAmerica Realty portfolio, Heartport Research and Training Center, the Salt Lake City Federal Building, and Rivendell Psychiatric Hospital. Todd is OSHA Certified, has EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Handling (HVAC Certified), and also holds a Utah State Real Estate Sales Agent License.
